Approval Process by IBU DAO

The exclusive authority to approve the issuance of CM2 Tokens resides with the IBU DAO. This DAO serves as the governing body responsible for supervising token issuance, ensuring strict adherence to the principles of maintaining physical land backing and promoting sustainable growth. The rationale behind entrusting this responsibility to the IBU DAO lies in its unique structure, governed by multiple DAOs collaborating to establish the JungleOS Hub.

We strongly advocate for the participation of DAOs that support our vision in the decision-making processes of the IBU DAO, upholding the "one DAO, one vote" principle. This approach guarantees that land tokens are only distributed when land is being purchased, with the assurance that any collected funds are protected by the collaboration and trustworthiness of leading DAOs committed to realizing our vision.

JLandDAO Governance

Decisions related to construction, architectural design, infrastructure development, permissions for land use, and tree cutting are all subject to the authority of JLandDAO, which operates under the governance of the CM2 Token. The possession of more tokens equates to greater decision-making power, reinforcing our commitment to decentralizing land ownership.
