Governance Tiers

Our governance structure consists of different tiers with specific roles:

1. IBU DAO: This is our primary DAO responsible for overseeing our ecosystem. It uses on-chain governance to make important decisions regarding technology advancements, token creation, and significant land-related transactions.

2. SubDAOs: As our ecosystem grows, we'll establish SubDAOs for various projects:

   • JLandDAO: Manages our real estate initiatives and is governed by the CM2 Token, representing ownership of a square centimeter of land.

   • JPodDAO: Manages the sales, construction, and maintenance of JPods in the JungleOS Hub.

   • JComplianceDAO: Focuses on legal and compliance matters related to the project.

   • JDistrictDAO: Coordinates the construction and development of districts within our ecosystem.

All SubDAOs collectively possess one vote within the IBU DAO, following the "one wallet, one vote" principle. This approach ensures decentralization, security, and transparency in our project's development, allowing the IBU DAO to serve as a central point for agreement among other participating DAOs in the HUB.
