On-Chain Management

All Desk rentals are managed entirely on-chain, utilizing NFT renting functionality. A transparent and automated system ensures efficiency and trust within the JungleOS ecosystem.

Management Fee

A nominal 20% management fee is retained for renting the JDesk to third parties. This fee is applied during JDesk rentals, contributing to the sustainability and growth of the JungleOS ecosystem.

80% Revenue Allocation

The remaining 80% of the rental revenue is automatically allocated to the wallet owning the RWA Desk NFT. This income stream offers a unique opportunity for DAOs to diversify their portfolio with income-generating RWAs.
